Starting from humble beginnings 40+ years ago, Linked Community Services has grown from a handful of volunteers to the major non-profit service provider of choice on the NSW mid-north coast. Over the years Linked Community Services' brand had evolved resulting in their website becoming inconsistent and dated. Whilst their model and product was hitting all the right notes with their customers and community, the Linked leadership and marketing team felt that their website was difficult to navigate, had inconsistent messaging and was vastly underselling their community transportation service. The challenge was to clearly communicate decades of experience and trustworthiness.
We completed a full redesign of the website, with custom illustrations and a focus on simplifying the messaging and clearly communicating their service. Built in Webflow for an optimised user experience, with SEO, CMS and third-party integrations.
